Assam Board Gears Up for 2027 Examinations

Students preparing for the upcoming board examinations in Assam will soon have access to their final schedules. The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) is expected to officially release the timetables for both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations for the 2027 academic session in the coming weeks.

While the detailed, subject-wise datesheets are yet to be published, the board has already commenced the formal examination application and form-filling process for Class 10 students. Academic authorities have urged candidates and educational institutions to complete all necessary registration formalities well ahead of upcoming deadlines.

Expected Schedule and Structure

According to preliminary reports outlining the board's examination calendar, the Higher Secondary (HS) final examinations for Class 12 students are tentatively scheduled to be conducted across the months of March and April 2027.

Once published, the official notification will detail: - Subject-wise examination dates for High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) candidates. - Stream-specific schedules for Higher Secondary examinees covering Arts, Science, and Commerce. - Mandatory guidelines, reporting times, and examination hall protocols.

Official Portals for Verification

Educational authorities have strongly advised students to rely exclusively on official communication channels for updates regarding the 2027 examinations. Unverified schedules and speculative dates often circulate across social media platforms, causing unnecessary panic among students.
