The Sequence of Events

Security camera footage shows the two victims traveling on a standard two-wheeler when the high-end luxury sedan approaches rapidly from behind, violently rear-ending the motorcycle. The impact throws both riders into the air before they crash heavily onto the asphalt.

Rather than stopping to render aid or fleeing the scene in a forward direction—standard reactions in traffic accidents—the driver of the Audi performs a deliberate reverse maneuver. The vehicle drives backward directly over the fallen men as terrified bystanders rush toward the wreckage in a vain attempt to intervene.

Investigation and Manhunt Underway

Local police authorities have registered a formal case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Investigators are currently utilizing the CCTV footage and automated number plate recognition (ANPR) systems to trace the vehicle and apprehend the driver, who remains at large.
