Law enforcement authorities in Rajasthan's Dausa district have launched a comprehensive investigation following a grave incident involving a 16-year-old minor. The case came to light after the victim sought medical attention at a local hospital accompanied by her newborn, who was tragically pronounced dead by attending physicians.

According to local police reports, the incident falls under the jurisdiction of the Kolwa police station. Given the severity and sensitivity of the allegations, senior officials have intervened to ensure a thorough inquiry.

Dausa Superintendent of Police Kundan Kanwaria confirmed that the victim's formal statement has been officially recorded and an active criminal case has been registered. A Deputy Superintendent of Police has been personally assigned to oversee the investigation and gather critical evidence.

"The minor has undergone necessary medical examinations and is currently reported to be in a stable condition while remaining admitted under medical care," SP Kanwaria stated. Initial findings indicate that a male acquaintance transported the victim to the healthcare facility via motorcycle. Authorities have already detained one primary suspect, who is currently undergoing interrogation.

Details of the Alleged Incident

Preliminary statements provided by the survivor suggest that she was intercepted and abducted by a group of young men. The perpetrators allegedly transported her to an isolated location near the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, where the gang-rape occurred.

During the ordeal, the victim reportedly went into active labor and delivered the child at the secluded site before managing to reach the hospital. The hospital administration immediately alerted local authorities upon the arrival of the distressed teenager and the deceased infant, prompting the ongoing police crackdown and search for remaining suspects.
