Official Examination Schedule Announced

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the advance city intimation slip for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) examination 2026. Registered candidates can now access the official portal to check their designated examination cities ahead of the upcoming computer-based test.

The national recruitment examination is slated to take place on November 3, 4, and 5, 2026. Authorities have emphasized that the advance city slip serves as a preliminary document designed to help aspirants arrange their travel and accommodation logistics well in advance, thereby preventing last-minute transit complications.

Understanding the Documentation

Educational authorities have reiterated that the advance city intimation slip is strictly meant for logistical planning and is not an official admit card. The document only reveals the name of the city where the candidate's test center is located.

The formal admit cards, which will contain detailed exam center addresses, shift timings, and vital candidate instructions, are scheduled to be published by the board four days prior to the commencement of the examinations.
