UP Board Opens Rectification Window for 2027 Examinations

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially opened the application window allowing schools and students to rectify educational particulars for upcoming High School and Intermediate board examinations. The digital correction link has been activated on the board's official web portal.

School principals have been instructed to review candidate information thoroughly and execute necessary updates by the deadline of November 12, 2026. According to board directives, this online window serves as the primary mechanism for amending registration data submitted for the 2027 academic cycle.

Permissible Edits and Online Modifications

Administrators can access the portal using institutional credentials to correct several core fields. The permitted modifications include:

- Student name and subject selections - Spelling corrections for mother's or father's names - Gender and caste classifications - Medium of instruction (Hindi or English) - Student photographs - Class 11 registration high school serial numbers

Officials emphasized that these online updates must be completed meticulously within the stipulated timeframe, as no subsequent amendments will be entertained once the portal closes.

Offline Submissions for Critical Changes

While routine errors can be resolved directly through the digital portal, specific critical modifications require offline documentation. The UPMSP press release specifies that changes involving dates of birth, full legal name alterations for students or parents, and the complete deletion or restoration of candidate details must be processed manually.

Principals handling these complex cases are required to compile all supporting legal documents and submit formal applications directly to the respective District School Inspector's office no later than November 16, 2026. The board has reiterated that adherence to these guidelines is mandatory to ensure error-free admit cards and final examination records.
