Adani Ports Q2 Revenue Surges 24% to Rs 11,340 Crore, Full-Year FY27 Outlook Upgraded
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone reported a strong 24 percent jump in Q2 consolidated revenue, prompting an upward revision of its FY27 guidance.

Robust Financial Performance Drives Growth
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has announced a robust performance for the second quarter ended September 30, posting a 24 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to reach Rs 11,340 crore. The stellar financial results were underpinned by strong execution across the company's core domestic ports, international terminals, logistics, and emerging marine business segments.
During the quarter, the company's EBITDA grew by 23 per cent year-on-year to touch Rs 6,807 crore, reflecting sustained operational efficiency and strict financial discipline. Domestic ports continued to serve as the bedrock of the company's financial health, registering a 13 per cent rise in revenue while maintaining an exceptional EBITDA margin of 72.5 per cent.
International Expansion and Segment Growth
While domestic operations provided a steady anchor, international ports emerged as a major growth catalyst. Revenue from international port assets surged by 71 per cent compared to the corresponding quarter last year, with EBITDA expanding 3.4 times and operating margins scaling a record-high 47.7 per cent.
Concurrently, the marine segment reported a significant 57 per cent jump in revenue, driven by strategic global fleet expansion and the company's newly initiated subsea services. The integrated logistics vertical also maintained strong momentum, posting a 21 per cent revenue growth propelled by the continuous expansion of APSEZ's 'shore-to-door' transport network.
Upgraded Guidance and Capital Expenditure
Buoyed by the strong operational performance recorded in the first half of the financial year, APSEZ leadership has revised its full-year FY27 outlook upward.
The company increased its projected annual revenue by Rs 1,000 crore, setting a new guidance range of Rs 44,000 crore to Rs 46,000 crore. Similarly, EBITDA guidance was lifted by Rs 1,000 crore to a band of Rs 26,000 crore to Rs 27,000 crore, reflecting high confidence in continued earnings momentum.
To support its aggressive Ambition 2031 strategic targets, APSEZ has also escalated its capital expenditure allocation by Rs 3,000 crore, raising the FY27 capex guidance to a range of Rs 15,000 crore to Rs 17,000 crore.
Balance Sheet Strength and Cash Generation
Highlighting the company's financial resilience, management noted that robust cash generation continues to comfortably fund ongoing expansion programs. Operating cash flow for the first half of FY27 stood at Rs 13,327 crore, successfully underwriting capital investments totalling Rs 10,521 crore.
Despite cumulative capital expenditures crossing Rs 30,346 crore over the past two years, the company's net debt-to-EBITDA ratio remained remarkably stable at 1.8 times, affirming APSEZ's commitment to maintaining a strong and flexible balance sheet while compounding cash flows.
