Infrastructure Push and Public Outreach

Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off a packed two-day state visit to Gujarat on Friday by launching development works valued at Rs 14,000 crore and releasing the 24th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme. Arriving in Bhildi town within the Banaskantha district, the Prime Minister commenced his itinerary with a high-profile roadshow that drew thousands of enthusiastic supporters along the route.

Traveling in an open-top vehicle alongside Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, PM Modi traversed the distance from the local helipad to the prominent Banas Dairy plant. The procession saw dense crowds lining both sides of the thoroughfare, chanting slogans and waving enthusiastically as the leadership passed.

Public Response to Political Rhetoric

Among the gathered spectators, numerous supporters displayed placards carrying direct retorts to recent political statements made by opposition leaders. Banners bore messages emphasizing national development and self-reliance, referencing earlier remarks made by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge regarding the current administration's political longevity.

Local organizers noted that the public turnout reflected strong grassroots support for the central government's ongoing economic and developmental agenda in the region.

Upcoming Itinerary

Following Friday's inauguration of key agricultural and infrastructural projects, the Prime Minister's itinerary continues into Saturday. PM Modi is scheduled to travel to Ekta Nagar in Kevadia to participate in the annual Ekta Parade, alongside laying foundation stones for additional regional development initiatives.
